Welcome to Yutori Holistic Therapies.

By booking a session, purchasing a product, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Yutori Holistic Therapies provides holistic massage, energy work, movement, and wellness-based services designed to promote relaxation and wellbeing.
These treatments are complementary and not a substitute for medical diagnosis or care. Clients are advised to consult their GP or healthcare provider for medical concerns.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

• All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the session cost.

• Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) may be charged in full.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure subsequent bookings run on time.

3. Payments

• Payment is accepted via [bank transfer / card / cash — update with your method].

• Payment is due at or before the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

• Gift vouchers and packages are non-refundable and valid for [6/12 months] from purchase.

4. Health and Wellbeing

• You are required to complete a short consultation form before your first session.

• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, recent injuries, allergies, or changes in health prior to treatment.

• Yutori Holistic Therapies reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable at that time (e.g., fever, contagious illness, or contraindicated condition).

5. Confidentiality

All client information shared during consultation or treatment is kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing safe and appropriate care.

6. Products & Herbal Blends

Yutori’s skincare and herbal products are crafted from natural ingredients.
Please check ingredient lists carefully and conduct a patch test prior to use.
Yutori Holistic Therapies cannot accept responsibility for adverse reactions or allergies.

7. Liability

While every care is taken to ensure your safety and wellbeing, you acknowledge that holistic treatments are complementary in nature.
Yutori Holistic Therapies shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during or following a session, except in cases of proven negligence.

8. Right to Refuse Treatment

Treatments are offered in a professional and respectful environment.
Yutori Holistic Therapies reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if a client behaves inappropriately or if the therapist feels uncomfortable for any reason.

All website content, including images and text, is the property of Yutori Holistic Therapies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.
By booking a treatment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
