My Background
Hi,
I’m Sukai, the heart and hands behind Yutori — a space created from my deep belief that healing happens when we slow down enough to listen to the body.

My path to bodywork began not just with studying with the infamous Holistica Therapies Trainer Jess Blackbond, but with life experience — learning how stress, loss, and life’s transitions can quietly settle into the tissues, shaping how we move, breathe, and feel. Over time, I discovered that through gentle, intentional touch, the body begins to release what words alone can’t reach.

My Approach
Drawing on training in massage, relaxation, energy work, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care, my practice is devoted to creating a space where women can gently return to themselves — body, mind, and breath.

Whether you’re moving through the shifts of midlife, carrying quiet grief, or simply feeling the exhaustion of tending to everything and everyone — you are welcome here, exactly as you are.
“Yutori” is a Japanese word meaning spaciousness, ease, and room to breathe.
It captures the heart of what I offer — a soft pause in the noise of life, a moment to exhale, to rest, and to remember the healing that already lives within you.
